"I was fortunate to be able to attend CAPO 2022 from CPAC sponsorship. I loved seeing all the amazing research that is being done for patients. From this experience I connected with a researcher and have been asked to contribute to many research projects, which has led to great collaborations and insightful work in the young adult cancer space. This would not have been possible without CAPO! Now I am a part of the advocacy committee, which promotes psychosocial oncology work in Canada and has been great getting to know clinicians and other people with lived experience!"
